This place exceeded expectation. The house has the charm of an older property with some classic wood work, but it has been completely renovated with very nice modern amenities. The kitchen area is beautiful and furnished as well as any bnb we’ve stayed at. The extremely large TV in the family room was much appreciated for March Madness viewing. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. Again, completely remodeled and extremely well-furnished. Michael was fantastic as a host, making us feel more like guests than customers. The dinner recommendations were much appreciated. Definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re in town for anything UNI related!

The place was great. The hosts contacted us several times before and during the stay with instructions and just to check and make sure everything was as expected. They also left a binder with information about the house and themselves. The house was just like the pictures. It was spacious. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. We didn’t have really little kids, but they had stuff available for those who do (baby gate, pack-n-play, cups with lids, etc). There were plenty of dishes available and everything we needed. We would stay again. The only (minor) issue was the front door was not easy to close so that the lock would engage. We found we had to be careful about that when leaving or just use the side door. The host did warn us beforehand about needing to close it firmly. And this is not a complaint, it really wasn’t an issue, just a note for others who stay. Overall, our stay was excellent and better than a hotel. Thank you!
