Open porch with rockers for relaxing. Many afternoons, you can find the UNI cross-country team running by.
Deck covers the entire width of the house (22’X10’). Natural shade in the late afternoon makes this a pleasant place to relax.
MBR: king-size bed with en-suite bathroom. 65” TV easily seen. Henredon headboard gifted by friends in NC.

Single over double bed. We call this the “bunk room.” Grandchild approved. Pack-and-play, infant bath, baby monitor, baby gate stored in closet for guest use.

Family room: opens to 22’X10’ deck. Prints remind us of Iowa cycling, e.g. RAGBRAI.
